Position: Pre-Sales Engineer

The Pre-Sales Engineer will support sales activities by qualifying customers, gathering requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and answering inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, the Pre-Sales Engineer will attend meetings, interact with D-Fend’s global Pre-Sales teams, contribute to strategy meetings held by marketing and product teams, and share lessons learned from field activities to provide input for the product development roadmap.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Communicate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and support sales efforts.
  4. Report, summarize, and plan ongoing activities with the Regional Sales Director / VP Sales.
  5. Characterize solutions to meet customer needs.
  6. Hold technical and operational meetings and demonstrations with customers.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with potential accounts, respond to customer queries, and follow up on activities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Technical background in operating RF/Cyber systems in the defense industry and/or private sector.
  2. Full professional proficiency in English.
  3. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Willingness to travel frequently.
  5. Availability to work from our UK London office.
