We are a product-driven company with a fast-paced, no-corporate-BS environment. We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our friendly and agile team and help shape customer solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Present the Antavo solution to prospective clients and partners in the pre-sales phase
  • Provide technical consulting and support discussions from early to late stage prospects to understand their system context and data requirements
  • Validate customer architecture design and solution; recommend Antavo setup to support those designs
  • Develop customized presentations and demonstrations to prove the solution's business value
  • Liaise with internal product and development teams to feed client requirements into the product development pipeline
  • Set up personalised demos based on project requirements
  • Assist the client services team by helping establish project timelines in the pre-sales phase

Qualifications

  • 5 years of pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products
  • Technical sales/support experience with SaaS software solutions and/or marketing technologies
  • API development/consulting experience
  • Ability to convey business and technical value of a SaaS product
  • Familiarity with RFI & RFP processes
  • Self-driven, high-energy, creative problem solver who can lead others to success
  • Excellent communicator and presenter (to managers and C-level audiences, both business and technology)
  • Ability to understand a client's needs and guide them to a technical solution
  • Familiarity with core programming and infrastructure principles
  • Familiarity with current marketing automation & loyalty vendors landscape is a plus
  • Client-facing experience in SaaS (e.g., consultant, project manager, or technical support)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Eager to design and present custom solutions and configure platforms on a SaaS UI

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise-grade solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Adobe), retail technology (POS, PIM, EC)
  • Familiarity with Antavo platform offering
  • Marketing SaaS experience
  • Software development experience in backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP) or frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks)
  • Experience building with REST APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture
