Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a growing DevOps team.
  • Provide DevOps Tools and CI/CD expertise to software development teams across the enterprise.
  • Help build a reusable standard CI/CD pipeline model with built-in quality gates, security, and cutting-edge tools and automation.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement in DevOps architecture and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in CI/CD design, DevOps practices, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Deep expertise in version control (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, TeamCity)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with cross-platform experience (Linux, Windows)
  • Familiar with monitoring tooling such as Elastic or Splunk
