Overview

I’m supporting a global tech company that’s going through an exciting transformation and is looking for a high-impact Principal / Senior-Staff Engineer. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant influence across teams and leadership, directly reporting into the CTO. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise, system design, and collaborative leadership, shaping the direction of complex projects without direct people management.

  • Work across the stack – From low-level systems to user-facing applications, you’ll have the chance to explore different layers of technology and see your work make a visible impact.
  • Lead by influence – Inspire and align 10+ colleagues (including executives) around long-term initiatives, breaking them into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps.

Compensation

  • Salary is up to £230,000 annually + benefits
