Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for projects and clients within a small buildings design team.
  • Lead job running and provide mentorship to graduates.
  • Be client facing and contribute to project outcomes.
  • Engage on a variety of building design projects (light industrial and warehouses, residential, mixed-use city centre developments, multinational retail, hotels, and transport projects).

Qualifications

  • Chartered or nearing Chartered status (or equivalent).
  • Ambitious, hands-on, flexible all-round designer with the ability to mentor and collaborate with a team.
