  • Take a lead job running role in a small buildings design team with autonomy and accountability.
  • Mentor graduates in the team and be client facing.
  • Take responsibility for projects and clients, contributing to a wide variety of buildings design work.

Projects and culture

The consultancy works on a wide variety of buildings design projects, including light industrial and warehouses, some high-end residential, large mixed-use city centre developments, multi-national retail clients, hotel operators and transport projects. Project values range from £100,000 to £45m.

The firm has a hands-on approach, with a low staff turnover and a track record of promoting from within. They are close to overground rail; car parking is available and the office space is modern and airy.

  • Ambitious, hands-on designer
  • Chartered or nearing Chartered status
  • Flexible and capable as an all-round designer
  • Willing to mentor others and engage with clients
