The Role:

The Oxford office provides local project support, mainly within complex sectors like Science, Research, and Healthcare. They are focused on growth in the UK and internationally.

As a Principal or Associate Engineer, you will support and deliver designs for various projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client service, and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the technical delivery of electrical design services for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Developing strategic concepts ensuring compliance with standards.
• Engaging with stakeholders, attending meetings, and translating project briefs.
• Monitoring project finances and resources.
• Mentoring junior staff, including apprentices and graduates.

About You:

You will need:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar, with a record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience with modern delivery processes and software such as BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, and Relux.
• Experience working with clients, contractors, and architects in a consultancy role.
• Self-awareness, openness, and generosity.
• Experience supporting others' development.
