Process Engineer Competitive 6 Month Contract Welwyn Garden City Days Only (Mon-Fri), gap technical are proud to be representing this manufacturing business in their search for a Process Liaison Engineer to work at their facility based near Welwyn Garden City Performance Objectives Lead problem solving activities and apply problem-solving methodologies (5Y, 8D, Fishbone etc) to define and solve problems at root cause as a method of improving operational performance, in particular on process capability and quality problems. Participate in problem-solving peer reviews, training and awareness activities to help the organisation develop a strong problem-solving culture. Implement and/or project manage problem solutions through (but not limited to) working with external suppliers, working with customers, proving out improved technologies and programmes, completing Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities, etc. Support Engineers, technicians and area leads on process stability and improvement activities.
