Production Development Engineer

You’ll play a key role in:

Developing and refining manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield & quality Troubleshooting PCBAs and electronic assemblies to minimise downtime Supporting NPIs and transitioning prototypes into scalable production Ensuring compliance (ISO 9000, RoHS, REACH, CE) Collaborating with R&D, Quality & Supply Chain teams Mentoring production staff and driving continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience in production/manufacturing engineering (biotech/medtech ) Strong PCB assembly debugging & hardware failure analysis skills Ability to read electrical schematics/datasheets & use test equipment Soldering/rework skills (QFNs, BGAs, 0402 passives) Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or DFM principles A problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement
