Overview

Across busy precision manufacturing cells, problems occur which disrupt and delay production activities. Your task will be to solve these problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve problems that disrupt and delay production in busy precision manufacturing cells.
• Contribute to making the factory better, faster, safer and more efficient.
• Apply knowledge across fabrication, CNC and manual machining, welding, tooling, jigs & fixtures, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively to influence the production planning management team, suppliers and manufacturing team leaders.

Qualifications

• Engineering apprenticeship completed; substantial shop floor manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge across fabrication, CNC & manual machining, welding, tooling, jigs & fixtures, and quality control.
• Strong communication skills to influence the production planning management team, suppliers and manufacturing team leaders.
