Project Manager – Nuts, Bolts & Fasteners

The business is a global manufacturer of nuts, bolts and fasteners, working with a range of clients across automotive, aerospace, oil & gas and general industry. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Project Engineer to join their high-performing operations team.

The Opportunity

This is a key delivery role where you'll be responsible for driving projects forward while ensuring quality, safety, and budget control:

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring technical compliance, commercial performance, and timely delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional project resources and act as the main point of contact for clients
• Monitor schedules, costs, and scope, reporting any variances and proposing mitigations
• Chair internal and external meetings, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
• Prepare project quotations and ensure procurement aligns with specifications and company standards
• Support continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and team development
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold quality standards across all deliverables

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable engineering professional who brings:

• Strong experience managing or supporting technical projects, ideally within energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
• A university degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline
• A commitment to HSE principles and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to lead, delegate, and motivate cross-functional teams
