As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Projects Quality Engineer to join their team and ensure quality excellence across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and design engineers to define and document quality expectations and deliverables.
  • Support risk management activities using FMEA to identify and mitigate quality-related risks.
  • Develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with project controls.
  • Conduct quality reviews at key project milestones: initiation, planning, development, pre-production, testing, and release.
  • Ensure supplier and internal compliance with customer, technical, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances during and post-project launch.
  • Maintain traceability and documentation of quality records and test results.
  • Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across project teams.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO/TS standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in quality tools and methodologies:
  • APQP (FMEA, MSA, Capability Analysis, Control Plans)
  • 8D Problem Solving
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Experience in design for manufacturing and integrating quality into project planning.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and stage gate reviews.
  • Skilled in auditing, inspection, and validation processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution.
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Competent in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Desirable: APM PMQ qualification (not essential).
