About the Role:

• Lead design capability for large-scale electrical projects, including utility-scale solar and BESS
• Develop Protection and Control deliverables for solar and BESS construction projects
• Manage project capital costs, energy savings calculations, stakeholder communication, and operational improvements
• Flexible hybrid working model; site visits required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Protection and Controls Engineer or similar role
• Leadership or team management experience is a plus
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
