Overview

We are seeking passionate QA Engineers to join a leading video solutions company. You will help deliver production-ready solutions for clients across the media and broadcast sector, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve test cases across the full software development lifecycle.
• Perform a mix of manual and automated web testing.
• Evaluate requirements, functionality, and user stories to ensure complete coverage.
• Report and document defects clearly using Jira.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and occasionally external partners.
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively improve testing processes.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience in software QA testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A proactive, collaborative, and organized approach.
• Knowledge of video streaming technologies (encoding, CDNs, adaptive streaming, cloud platforms).
• Experience testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, Smart TVs, consoles).
• Familiarity with Jira and debugging tools such as Charles Proxy.

Note: This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week from their Central London office.
