Key Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Quality professional to join the Quality Assurance Team based in Bolton. This role supports the Manufacturing Business Units and plays a vital part in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation. Provide expert problem-solving support to address and resolve operational challenges. Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Analyse internal and external trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and team engagement.
