Quality Engineer (Junior / Graduate Level)\nLocation: Exeter\nSalary: Dependent on experience\n\nWe are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quality Engineer / Junior / Graduate Level to join our client's team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior or graduate engineer with some hands-on experience who is eager to develop their career in quality management, product compliance, and engineering excellence.\n\nYou will be joining a company that designs, tests, and manufactures innovative products used in some of the most challenging environments around the world. This role provides excellent exposure to quality processes, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nKey Responsibilities of Quality Engineer (Junior / Graduate Level):\n\nAssist in internal audits to support compliance and continuous improvement.\n\nCollaborate with engineers, production, and other teams to identify and implement quality improvements.\n\nSupport efforts to ensure products meet global regulatory requirements.\n\nHelp investigate and manage customer returns (RMAs) and supplier non-conformances.\n\nParticipate in hands-on product testing, including verification and validation during development and production.\n\nAssist with maintaining the Workshop and Test Facilities, including scheduling tests and applying 5S practices.\n\nKey Requirements of Quality Engineer (Junior / Graduate Level):\n\nDegree or HNC Level 4 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.\nUnderstanding of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems (or willingness to learn).\n\nConfident communicator, both written and verbal.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nAble to read and interpret engineering drawings.\n\nExperience with PPAP or product compliance standards is advantageous but not essential.\n\nAdditional Information:\n\nThis is a full-time, office-based role in Exeter.\n\nA great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain experience, grow their skills, and progress within a supportive, high-performing team
