Play a key role in cross-functional projects, ensuring new technologies integrate seamlessly into the wider portfolio.
This role offers the rare opportunity to work across the full R&D spectrum – from blue-sky thinking and prototyping, to hands-on testing, right through to seeing products make a tangible impact in critical industries.
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
A Master’s (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar. Strong experience in electronics/electrical design and simulation tools (e.g. LTSPICE, Matlab, Altium). Hands-on lab skills including soldering, wiring, and testing prototypes with a wide range of equipment. Proficiency in at least one programming (Python or C ). A genuine curiosity and drive to solve complex problems, explore new technologies, and learn continuously. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to share findings in papers, presentations, and conferences.
Why Join?
This is more than a job – it’s a chance to:
Work on projects that directly shape the future of critical industries. Collaborate with experts across engineering, research, and academia. Be part of a supportive, innovative, and dynamic team where your contributions are recognised and valued. Develop your career in a business that’s scaling and investing heavily in R&D.
