OverviewTo service Access security systems in accordance with British standards.To extend & replace small systems as part of small works packages.Facilitate and support the growth of the engineering business in line with the company's strategy.To carry out routine maintenance of systems in accordance with British standards and company engineering procedures, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed appropriately.To diagnose faults and provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and routine visits.To be available for the emergency call for the company as required to provide on-call emergency support.Contribute to both service and installation departments, providing support where necessary.Experience requiredTo reside within an acceptable commuting distance from the office location.Minimum of three years working within the security industry.Extensive knowledge of Access Control, Door Entry and CCTV Systems.Logical approach to system fault finding across multiple systems.Good verbal and written communication skills.Confident, honest, assertive, and professional.Resilient, dependable, and committed.Flexibility in time management to meet objectives.Full clean UK driving license.A good working knowledge of the following systems: multiple manufacturers of traditional door entry systems; Paxton Access Control; knowledge of door entry hardware locks and ability to fit & repair.The offerSalary £ TBC (dependent upon experience).Company vehicle provided.Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.Join of company pension scheme with employer contributions.24 days paid holiday annually.Great prospects to progress career with ongoing company training.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesFacilities Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
