This is a chance to play a key role in delivering some of the region’s most high-profile projects, including large-scale mixed-use city centre developments, education facilities, and major healthcare schemes.\n\n As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead the delivery of a variety of project types, liaising directly with clients, managing project finances and quality, and ensuring design excellence throughout. You will also support and mentor engineers and technicians, helping to develop design capabilities and project outputs across the team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.\nManage project programmes, resources, and budgets.\nLiaise effectively with clients, local authorities, and multi-disciplinary design teams.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.\nEnsure projects meet quality standards and deliver sustainable, innovative solutions.\n\nAbout You\n\n The ideal candidate will bring experience in leading and managing civil engineering projects, with strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
