As a senior member of the AWS Engineering Team, you will collaborate with clients to design, build, and implement cloud-native solutions. You will leverage your expertise in AWS and related technologies to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery, and acting as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities include: Driving cloud-native solutions using AWS services, DevOps principles, and modern software engineering practices. Building and managing scalable infrastructure and serverless architectures with Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and AWS serverless technologies. Promoting continuous improvement through Agile and SCRUM methodologies and stakeholder engagement. Providing leadership and mentorship to team members to foster growth and learning. You should demonstrate: Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred) and cloud-native application development. Proficiency in Kubernetes and managing containerized applications at scale. A strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Application development skills in Java, Go, or Python. A DevOps mindset with experience in continuous delivery, GitOps, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A commitment to continuous learning; AWS certification is a bonus but not essential, with training support available. Security Clearance
