Senior Customer Success Engineer (French Speaking)

In this role, you will collaborate with account executives and the customer success team to develop technical solutions for our Enterprise customers. Your customer-centric approach and technical skills will help build strong relationships and ensure customer success with the SafetyCulture platform. You will have a passion for technology and a desire to grow your skills in a front-facing engineering role within a rapidly expanding SaaS company.
How will you spend your time
- Partnering with the Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to craft technical solutions for managed customers;
- Communicating the technical aspects of our platform (Security, APIs, Cloud solutions) to the Sales team;
- Using your skills to extend platform capabilities, such as scripting, building BI dashboards, etc.;
- Implementing solutions for customers in collaboration with Customer Success Managers;
- Acting as a bridge between Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering;
- Working with the API and Integrations Engineering Team to relay customer requests and suggest improvements;
- Advising customers on how to implement their integrations effectively.
About you
- Ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Professional fluency in French and English;
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, data models, and data warehouses;
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently;
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Golang, JavaScript, or Ruby;
- Comfort with understanding various organizational architectures and best practices;
- Ability to read and integrate with APIs;
- Experience in software development or data analytics is a plus.
