Senior Customer Success Engineer (French Speaking)

This role involves partnering with account executives and the customer success team to develop technical solutions for enterprise clients. You will build strong relationships, utilize your technical skills to ensure customer success, and grow your career within a leading SaaS company and Australian tech unicorn.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to craft technical solutions for managed customers.
- Communicating technical aspects of our platform (Security, APIs, Cloud solutions) with the Sales team.
- Developing scripts, building BI dashboards, and implementing solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Acting as a liaison between Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Working with API and Integrations Engineering teams to relay customer requests and improvements.
- Advising customers on effective integration implementation.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, data models, and data warehouses.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Golang, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Ability to understand diverse organizational architectures and API documentation.
- Experience in software development or data analytics is preferred.
