If you'd like to join us for the beauty revolution, here's what you need to know.So, what will you be doing?Manage Vulnerabilities: Lead triage for newly discovered vulnerabilities, investigate potential risks, verify that fixes are effective, and drive remediation efforts across teamsImplement Security Measures: Support teams by configuring WAF rules, setting rate limits, and deploying additional controls to protect our environmentDevelop Custom Security Tooling: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of in-house tools that enhance our security capabilities and automationProduct Security Support: Lead security assessments, threat modeling, and penetration testingInvestigate and triage security alerts, manage security incidentsGather, curate and communicate threat intelligenceAdvise business stakeholders in relation to cyber security issuesGain an understanding of our business, our customers, and our domain, allowing you to use your judgement to make autonomous decisionsDeveloping regular touchpoints with key stakeholdersWe believe it's all about mindset, great skills and attitude and a fantastic work ethic being key. If you're one of us, excited about the opportunity, and you're really good at what you do (even if you don't tick all the boxes) apply anyway!QualificationsCyber Security experience with in an eComm or retail environmentExperience of industry-standard SIEM and vulnerability scanning toolsVariety of tooling experience, with tools such as: DataDog, AWS, Jira & Google WorkspaceInfrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC toolsCoding & Scripting: Proficient in reading code (e.g., Python, Scala) and using Git for version control of code and configuration changesAbility to confidently work with a range of stakeholders across the businessNice to have:Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, OSCP, etc.).Experience of supporting audits such as CE+Experience of working with security risk management frameworksFamiliarity with iOS or Android securityRun security campaigns and training workshops on a regular basisWhat makes someone 'Beauty Pie'?Our culture is our DNA.
