Senior Electrical Engineer

to join a leading Building Services consultancy based in the

City of London . This is an excellent opportunity to work on a

wide variety of projects , from commercial and residential developments to cutting-edge

data centres

across the UK and internationally. This role offers fantastic flexibility with a

hybrid working model

(1-2 days in the office per week) and the opportunity to work

up to 20 days abroad annually

on high-profile international projects. The Role As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in

designing and delivering electrical systems

for complex building projects. You'll liaise directly with clients, manage project deliverables, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions are provided. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and specification of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.

Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion.

Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Engage directly with clients, attending meetings and providing expert advice.

Support the integration of

energy-efficient and sustainable design

solutions.

About You Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

Strong background in building services consultancy or design engineering.

Proficient in design software such as

Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, and Dialux/Relux .

Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards.

Confident communicator with client-facing experience.

Previous exposure to

data centre projects

is advantageous but not essential.
