Senior/Lead Electronics Engineer Location: Devon (Preferred) | London (UK) – Travel Required when needed Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE + Travel Support Reporting to: Managing Director

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Electronics Engineer to drive new business opportunities, converting them into revenue-generating contracts. This role requires a technical expert with a strong background in electronics design & manufacturing, supplier relationships, and global operations. The ideal candidate will act as the effective Head of R&D/Electronics, identifying new opportunities, developing quotations, and working closely with estimators and manufacturers (including Far East suppliers) to bring high-quality electronic components to market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Opportunity Conversion • Identify new commercial opportunities in the electronics industry. • Translate technical concepts into viable business proposals & quotations. • Work with estimators to develop competitive pricing and proposals. • Engage with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
