The Centre of Enablement leads the development and governance of Power Platform solutions across the organisation.About The RoleThis role is central to our digital transformation strategy, enabling scalable, secure, and innovative applications that support both operational efficiency and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end design and implementation of complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.Define and uphold standards, patterns, and policies guiding Power Platform use, aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory expectations.Collaborate with engineering squads to advise on solutions, assess new platform capabilities, and ensure applications are robust and future-ready.Mentor engineers and citizen developers; deliver internal events to promote adoption, innovation, and knowledge sharing.Oversee Power Platform environments, implementing governance controls such as data loss prevention, environment strategy, and security policies.Monitor platform performance, manage access and licensing, and support deployment pipelines to ensure operational excellence and compliance.About The CandidateThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Deep expertise in Power Platform architecture and solution design (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse & Copilot Studio).Experience leading technical delivery and mentoring others.Strong facilitation and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to influence and drive adoption across business units.Ability to design structured and reusable enablement assets for the platform.Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance features.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin centre, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Our Commitments and BenefitsWe are proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
