Where and how we work: VEED is hybrid. We require 1 day a week in the office for London, Amsterdam and Barcelona-based employees, with flexibility to choose which day.

About the team: The Engineering Teams at VEED are responsible for continuously improving and scaling our platform to deliver value and great user experiences. Teams include Organic, Monetisation, Integrations, Activation, Brand (V4T) and Editor Core. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across these teams to develop key features, improve scalability, and shape VEED’s future.

What you’ll do

• Developing and enhancing features using the latest AI advances to drive user engagement and platform scalability. Work with AI models on initiatives like Text-To-Video and Edit-by-Text.
• Collaborating with product, design, and marketing to create seamless user experiences aligned with business goals.
• Running experiments: implement and test changes to improve metrics such as user acquisition, activation, and retention; analyze results and optimize performance.
• Building modern UIs: create clean, responsive UIs using Next.js for product pages, marketing assets, and core features.
• Optimizing performance: ensure the platform is scalable and reliable as we grow.

Our stack

• Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS; React.js and Redux across the product.
• Backend: Fastify, gRPC, Prisma with TypeScript and Node.js.

About you

• You are proactive and motivated to understand product/technical challenges.
• You have solid knowledge of TypeScript and related web technologies.
• You have some experience with AI/LLMs.
• You are comfortable leading technical projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• You have a good understanding of testing and delivering quality software.
• You communicate well and can work asynchronously; you can explain complex ideas to non-technical teammates.
• You enjoy shipping regularly and making an impact.
