Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Endpoint Management) – Barbican, London | Hybrid Working (One office day a week) | Permanent | Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the design, build and distribution of enterprise-wide endpoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, other engineers, and delivery managers to plan, implement, and support secure and robust endpoint solutions.
  • Shape infrastructure engineering strategy, driving modern endpoint solutions, infrastructure/configuration-as-code and automation.
  • Drive high standards and best practices; collaborate with, coach and mentor other engineers.
  • Debug and resolve issues, analyse problems strategically, and continuously improve solutions.
  • Work with architects and project managers to agree enterprise-wide designs and standards and plan implementation across central and multi-region estates.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience with Windows OS, Identity and Access, MS Teams, Microsoft cloud solutions, Digital Workspace (Enterprise Desktop & Mobility), Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, iOS and Android device management.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune; experience with Group Policy Definition and Intune Policies.
  • Knowledge of Windows 365 and provisioning options.
  • Desire to drive high standards and collaborate with and mentor other engineers.
  • Passion for debugging, problem-solving, and continual improvement of solutions; experience in configuration and change management, incident/problem resolution, and evolving endpoint solutions with automation, observability, and continuous deployment.
  • Experience working with architects and project managers to implement enterprise-wide designs across central and multi-region estates.
