Social Housing Technology Specialist | Recruit with Purpose

Recruit with Purpose are supporting one of London’s leading housing associations as they grow their IT team. They are seeking a Senior Software / Integration Developer to create an integration layer that is reliable, well-documented, and able to support both day-to-day operations and future growth.

On a typical day, you will be building integration components for digital solutions, connecting core business applications through Microsoft Azure Integration Services, and managing the transfer and transformation of data between systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining a set of common APIs that can be used across a variety of internal products and external third-party platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in delivering solutions with Azure Integration Services, along with strong development skills in .NET / C# and SQL. You’ll bring a collaborative approach working across the organisation, engaging colleagues in the process, and making technical concepts clear and accessible to non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, etc.)
• Strong background in .NET/C# development or Dynamics CRM/D365 Customer Engagement
• A good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 from an integration perspective
• Understanding of Repairs systems or experience working on repairs programmes would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative approach comfortable working across teams and bringing people along on the journey
