The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be working collaboratively with Engineering, Production and other Project Team members, to review new product designs, advise on Design for Manufacture principles & support Production to meet their daily targets.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer role focuses on introducing new products into manufacturing by ensuring designs are standardised, manufacturable, and efficient. It involves developing production plans, designing layouts and tooling, supporting prototype builds, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The position also supports daily production to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Ensure the designs released to production are standardised, manufacturable and testable. This will involve attending Project Meetings, Design Reviews and DFM Reviews.
