About the Role: As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager and supporting less experienced team members, while ensuring new product designs are efficient, standardised, and manufacturable. You will bridge Engineering and Production, supporting prototypes, introducing new products, and optimising processes. The role drives continuous improvement, reduces waste, and maintains high-quality production standards. You will also contribute to tooling, layouts, and manufacturing plans to meet cost, delivery, and performance targets.
