Responsibilities

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements through world-class manufacturing principles. You will use manufacturing data to identify and resolve issues, lead root cause analysis, and contribute to the introduction of new products and processes. This is a hands-on role working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure performance, quality, and efficiency targets are met and exceeded.

Essential skills

• HND (minimum) in Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes across multiple technologies
• Proven track record in delivering improvements to production efficiency and quality
• Skilled in root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Ability to interpret manufacturing data and communicate solutions effectively
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and design for manufacture (DFM)
