What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and development of mechanical and public health systems using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Carry out root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues in existing systems.
• Use Revit and IES for modelling, simulation, and analysis of mechanical designs.
• Produce and interpret schematics, ensuring accurate representation of system designs.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in mechanical engineering.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Strong background in mechanical design, supported by a portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software, with hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience using IESVE for thermal modelling.
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles, including materials science and thermodynamics.
• Proven problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and lead within a team.
