About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as the technical bridge between the client's platform development team and enterprise customers. Working directly with our CEO, CTO, and Account Executives, you'll demonstrate the value of our AI-powered solutions through demos, technical discovery, and becoming the expert of the solution. You'll be the first point of contact for technical questions from new customers, assisting with application maintenance automation, cloud transformations, code migrations, or deployment optimization.

What You'll Do

• Lead from the front: Be our first Solutions Engineer, setting standards for presales excellence and supporting team growth with internal playbooks.
• Drive technical discovery and qualification: Collaborate with Account Executives to lead technical sessions, uncover opportunities, and quantify business impacts.
• Architect and execute proof of value cases: Build technical demos showcasing how our solutions solve various use cases, converting stakeholders into champions.
• Bridge technical and business stakeholders: Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes to demonstrate how our solutions drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Orchestrate seamless customer journeys: Work with GTM, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth transitions from discovery to implementation.

Must-Haves (Essential)

• Proven customer-facing technical expertise: At least 3 years as a Solutions Engineer or similar role guiding complex technical sales in enterprise accounts.
• Experience owning RFP responses: Demonstrated ability to lead technical material assembly for RFIs and RFPs.
• Deep software development foundation: 7+ years of hands-on development experience in Java, .NET, or similar frameworks, engaging with senior technical stakeholders.
• Application architecture analysis skills: Experience evaluating complex architectures, with modernization experience being significant.

• Complex environment navigation: Ability to work within enterprise-grade environments and address challenges like security.
• Modern technology fluency: Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud-native concepts, containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Technical communication excellence: Ability to create technical documentation and deliver training on complex concepts.

• Mobility and flexibility: Willing to travel 10-30% to meet customers and build relationships.
• Exceptional written communication skills: Proficiency in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
