About the Role As a Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as the technical bridge between the clients platform development team and the enterprise customers who need it. Working directly with our CEO, CTO and Account Executives, you'll prove the transformative value of our AI-powered solution through compelling demos, technical discovery, and becoming the expert of the solution to serve as the first point of contact for technical questions from new customers. Whether customers need application maintenance automation, cloud transformations, code migrations, or deployment optimization, you'll be their trusted technical advisor. What You'll Do Lead from the front - You'll be our first Solutions Engineer and setting the standard for presales excellence. We're looking for someone who can achieve success but also implement the internal playbooks to support team growth. Drive technical discovery and qualification - Partner with Account Executives throughout the entire deal cycle, leading technical sessions that uncover opportunities for maintenance automation, cloud migrations, code transformations, and deployment optimization while quantifying the business impact of solving compelling events and significant pain points.
