What youll have the opportunity to work on as a Senior User Researcher:
Advise clients and lead Agile teams to design services that meet real user needs
Mentor and line manage user researchers, maximising research impact
Advocate inclusive, people-centred approaches within user research
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, challenging ideas when needed
Support recruitment, events, content creation, and business development
What we need from a senior user researcher:
Strong experience in user research across a range of environments
Background working in multidisciplinary Agile teams
Knowledge of accessibility and/or assisted digital research
Proven ability to advocate for user research and influence service design
Experience mentoring or managing other researchers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
