Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer. You will play a key role in supporting a wide reange of customers across Wales, ensuring that equipment installations, maintenance, and service requests are handled efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you will:

* Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment to ensure reliability and safety standards are met.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, minimising downtime for customers.

* Provide on-site technical guidance, training, and support to ensure proper equipment operation.

* Manage and organise your daily workload while maintaining clear history records of service and repairs.

* Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.

* Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including occasional weekend assignments and overnight stays when needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

* A strong technical and/or mechanical background with proven problem-solving abilities.

* Previous experience in a service-oriented or engineering role.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills to support customer needs effectively.

* The ability to work independently, yet thrive as part of a cohesive team.

* Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to travel across South Wales and adjust to schedules as needed.

* A valid UK driving licence (required).
