4on 4off shift pattern (07:00AM-17:30pm) / (4PM-2AM)
Salary/rate:
Salary is paying £51,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below -
· NVQ/C&G Electrical/Mechanical Level 2/3
· City & Guilds level 2/3
· 18th Edition 7671
About the company:
An historic building in Central London in SW7 are looking for an Shift Engineer (M&E) to work on a Flagship Building in the City of London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Shift Engineer to their team.
Responsibilities:
· You will be part of a shift team on a commercial contract based in the City of London.
· PPM's & reactive maintenance.
· Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance.
· You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, fan coil units, chillers etc.
Candidate requirements:
· The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
· The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working in a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
· Strong building services background
