Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times concerning critical building systems.
  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), as well as reactive and breakdown repairs, on all mechanical and electrical systems within the site.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of UPS, generators, PDUs, power distribution, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC, pumps, boilers, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and general building services maintenance
  • Ensure that accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance.
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
