My client is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their expanding Civil Engineering division, supporting high-profile residential and infrastructure projects across Scotland. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritise site engineering workloads across multiple projects

Liaise daily with construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Provide support and mentorship to trainee engineers

Interpret and implement civil engineering works from drawings and specifications

Attend client and internal project meetings

Identify and resolve technical issues with practical solutions

Maintain accurate records including RFIs, site quality manuals, and as-built surveys

Contribute to value engineering proposals and tender documentation

Ensure compliance with the Engineers Handbook and quality control procedures

Support problem-solving at site level, minimising commercial and programme impact
