Abatec is recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a highly successful Civil Engineering company that has seen an 11% growth in the last year. Our client delivers a wide range of Civil Engineering projects with values from £1M to £10M across South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in a newly created role where your insight can have a direct impact on the company.

you will: Have experience of Civil Engineering schemes. Be a main source of technical advice and quality control within the company. Liaise with Site Engineers ensuring works are set out in accordance with clients drawings. Mentor Trainee and Apprentice Engineers. As and when required provide levelling and surveying across sites.
Our client requires a
Site Engineer with: Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations. A good understating of construction health & safety protocols. Excellent communication skills. HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering. Understanding of AutoCAD Proven experience with mentoring/supporting Trainee and Apprentice Engineers
Salary and benefits include: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum Company vehicle or car allowance Holiday entitlement, pension etc Annual company bonus Professional development and assistance in achieving chartership
