This is not your average DevOps role — this position focuses on site reliability, where you\'ll troubleshoot, support traders, and interact with multiple teams across locations to ensure systems stay resilient and fast.ResponsibilitiesSupport traders and trading applications, providing real-time troubleshooting to keep systems running at peak performance.Collaborate with traders, developers, and other key stakeholders to address system challenges, from low-latency issues to new system rollouts.Plan and execute exchange migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions in this critical environment.Build, release, and support new trading systems, continuously improving the infrastructure.Drive automation and operational excellence by leveraging Linux expertise, Kubernetes, and Python scripting skills.Monitor and ensure high availability and reliability of trading applications while staying on top of system alerts and incidents.Key Requirements1-5 years working experienceBackground working in the financial services sector, ideally supporting traders/brokersSolid experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshootingHands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestrationProficient in Python scripting for automation and system managementA mindset focused on site reliability and performanceStrong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingSalary: Up to £90,000 baseLocation: City of London (on-site)Compensation and BenefitsCompany perks/benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
