The Role: Software Engineer with AI skills focused on building intelligent systems, enhancing enterprise solutions, and driving innovation. Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-powered features for enterprise software, such as intelligent search, predictive analytics, and automation tools. Build custom machine learning models tailored to client-specific use cases Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for AI integration that improve user experience and operational efficiency. Develop clean, modular, and scalable codebases using languages like Python, Java, or C#. Architect and deploy microservices that expose AI capabilities via RESTful APIs or cloud-native platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of AI services in production environments. Build robust data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and real-time inference. Set up monitoring tools to track model performance, drift, and system health. Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage metrics, and evolving business needs. Partner with DevOps, QA, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and reliable deployment of AI features. Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders and clients. Implement responsible AI practices, including bias detection, explainability, and fairness. Stay up to date with evolving regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC standards) and ensure compliance in all AI deployments.
