Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live demos and technical walk-throughs of the Qargo platform
  • Customize demo environments to reflect each prospect’s workflow
  • Support BDMs by qualifying technical fit and providing solution mapping
  • Translate customer requirements into clear input for our Product team
  • Keep sales teams updated on roadmap items and upcoming features
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver customer value

Requirements, Skills & Experience

  • Based in The UK (Open to location)
  • +3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, consulting, pre-sales, or similar)
  • Background in the transport or logistics sector, you understand the day-to-day realities of the industry
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and commercial audiences
  • Strong analytical mindset, quick learner, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and demo tooling is a plus
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus (but definitely not required)
  • This is a remote role. However, travel is required within the UK, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable with this!
