Overview

Solutions Engineering works closely with Customer Success and is responsible for understanding, representing and delivering outstanding customer services to standard clients. This is achieved by consulting on 1PD strategy, platform usage and partnerships. The team provides feedback to the business on core requirements and opportunities identified, with the aim to collaborate across internal departments for renewals, platform challenges, upselling, case studies, and legal queries to maintain service for clients. In this role, you will be a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum's product suite for prospective customers in the UK. You will contribute to sales presentations, provide product demonstrations, model workflows, design solutions, and ensure our customers fully grasp the value and benefits of the InfoSum platform. At the deal close stage, you will partner with our Client Success and Sales teams to turn these solutions into reality, provide detailed documentation to guide the Implementation team, and provide ongoing technical leadership.

  • Serve as a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum\'s product suite for prospective customers in the UK
  • Contribute to sales presentations and provide product demonstrations
  • Model workflows and design solutions to communicate value and benefits of the InfoSum platform
  • Ensure customers understand the value and potential outcomes from using the platform
  • Partner with Client Success and Sales teams at deal close to implement solutions
  • Provide detailed documentation to guide the Implementation team
  • Provide ongoing technical leadership throughout the customer engagement
  • Provide feedback to the business on core requirements and opportunities discovered

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a technical SaaS pre- or post-sales role
  • Experience in client-facing technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation and/or sales engineering within a B2B software, SaaS, martech or data technology business
  • Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry and the needs of advertisers, media owners and data companies
  • Hands-on familiarity with data query languages, data warehouses, or databases (e.g., Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, SQL)
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate between technical experts and business decision makers
  • Excellent long-term client relationship management and strong project management capabilities
