Static Maintenance Engineer - SW London \n \nHours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional out-of-hours work) \n \nThe Role: \nWere looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n· Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) \n· Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service \n· Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS) \n· Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks \n· Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations \nYou Need: \n· 3+ years in a similar maintenance role \n· 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher) \n· Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing \n· IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial) \n· L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable) \ns on Offer? \n· Competitive salary \n· Company phone & laptop \n· Pension scheme \n· 25 days holiday (increases with service) \n· Further training & career development opportunities
