Storage Engineer (SC CLEARED) Contract Type: Contractor Location: Telford - on site / hybrid Rate: £500 per day inside IR35 Duration: 6 months from the start date Start Date: ASAP Working Pattern: Monday to Friday We are seeking a Storage Engineer to join our Project Management community due to a significant increase in project work. This role will involve implementation, upgrade, migration of storage devices, and general support activities. Day-to-day of the role: Perform implementation, upgrade, and migration projects for storage devices. Provide 2nd to 3rd line support for storage devices. Work closely with the existing team to complement and enhance project delivery. Engage in general support activities as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 5-10 years’ experience in implementing, migrating to/from, and supporting storage devices. Good knowledge of file and block storage technologies. Proficient with Dell EMC storage devices and Unisphere. Experienced with Brocade SAN Switches and SanNav. Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills. Proven problem-solving ability. Proactive approach to personal workload management. Awareness of the ITIL Service Management framework...
