Design Structural Engineer (1–3 Years’ Experience)

We’re a growing structural engineering consultancy based in Soho, and we’re looking for a Design Structural Engineer with 1–3 years’ experience to join an expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer who wants to work on architecturally led, boutique projects, gain real design responsibility, and grow within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.

The Role

You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of high-quality structural solutions across a range of bespoke projects, working closely with architects, clients, and senior engineers. From concept through to construction, you’ll play an active role in shaping elegant, efficient designs.

About You

1–3 years’ experience in a UK structural engineering consultancy

Strong design skills in concrete, steel, timber, and/or masonry

Comfortable using industry software (e.g. ETABS, Tekla, Robot, Tedds, etc.)

Clear communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset

Working towards Chartership (ICE or IStructE)
