Astute's Nuclear Team is partnering with an international design consultancy who are looking to recruit a Structural Engineer to join their busy established team in Birmingham city centre.\n\nThe strategically important Structural Engineer role comes with a salary of up to £45,000, a competitive company pension, flexible working and a market leading bonus scheme.\n\nIf you're a Structural Engineer and are looking to work for an organisation that is working on some really exciting projects, which are international then submit your CV to apply today.\n\nResponsibilities and duties of the Structural Engineer role \n\nReporting to the Team Leader you will:\n\nDeliver design work for heavy civil structures, this can include; Bridges, Maritime, Tunnels and Nuclear\nAssist senior members of staff with completing projects in a timely manner\nAttend site visits and liaise with clients as and when is needed\nComplete assessment and inspection work of existing structures \n\nProfessional qualifications \n\nWe are looking for someone with the following:\n\n3-5 years' experience within Structural Design\nSomeone who is actively working towards Chartership (ICE or IStructE)\nExperience with any of the following sectors: Bridges, Rail, Maritime, Tunnelling and or Nuclear \n\nPersonal skills \n\nThe Structural Engineer role would suit someone who is:\n\nMotivated by progression and personal development\nKeen to work on a wide variety of projects\nAble to work within a team as well as individually \n\nSalary and benefits of the Structural Engineer role \n\nUp to £45,000 dependant on experience\nCompetitive company pension\nGenerous yearly bonus based from personal and business performance\nAbility to work remotely from abroad\n\n INDNUC\n\nAstute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
