We're looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality, focusing on handling non-conformances, supplier audits, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers to keep quality standards high across the supply chain.\n\nYou'll support ISO 9001:2015 compliance, coach suppliers, investigate material issues, and help with both internal and customer quality needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage supplier non-conformance issues from start to finish.\n\nAct as the main contact between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement for quality concerns.\n\nConduct supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions.\n\nLead supplier improvement efforts and track progress.\n\nSupport First Article inspections and configuration audits at our sites and supplier locations.\n\nGuide suppliers on PFMEA and Control Plans.\n\nCoordinate resolution of non-conforming materials with multiple teams.\n\nReview incoming inspection data and adjust processes as needed.\n\nSupport ISO 9001:2015 audits and compliance.\n\nAssist with customer and DCMA visits related to part quality.\n\nInvestigate and resolve customer complaints quickly.\n\nEvaluate and approve new suppliers, managing risk and compliance.\n\nHelp with supplier approval changes like location or process updates.\n\nFollow and promote all health and safety policies.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nRequired:\n\nStrong skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving.\n\nProficient with MS Office, ERP systems, and quality tools like Minitab.\n\nGood knowledge of GD&T and use of metrology tools (calipers, micrometers).\n\nExperience working in an ISO 9001:2015 supplier quality system.\n\nAble to lead teams and communicate with different departments and suppliers.\n\nPreferred:\n\nExperience with electronic components, PCBAs, or batteries.\n\nBackground in defence, aerospace, or regulated industries.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits including annual bonus. \n\nWork on important, high-impact projects which are shaping the future of defence technologies.\n\nOpportunities for career growth.
